Carissa Outen joined the Providence Insurance Team in January 2021 as the Marketing Specialist. She has a 12-year background in sales management as well as a Marketing Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Kennesaw State University. Her focus for Providence Insurance is to help create and market the company’s brand and mission.
Carissa was raised in Holly Springs and moved to Ball Ground with her family in 2018. Carissa and her husband, David, have two young children as well as a boxer, Willow. She enjoys spending her time with her family, hiking, and reading a good book.
